But of course, the most essential thing is to work with your emotional part: regain your emotions, learn to listen to them and feel them. Here is a short list of what may come in handy when you are faced with emotional burnout:

1. Occupational health

Comfortable working conditions: you can somehow diversify the workplace itself, have more small breaks, encourage yourself, etc. It relates to other areas of life as well.

2. Caring for yourself

Give more attention to yourself. For example, ask the question “what do I want?” more often and give more encouragement to your needs.

3. Creativity

It doesn’t mean you have to sculpt and draw. Actually, any work (even planting flowers) is creativity. The main thing is that this business is different from your routine activities.

⠀⠀⠀

4. Time only for yourself

If it is not possible to reorganize your workspace, then you can allocate time only for yourself, dedicated to your desires and small joys.

5. Extension of walks and sports

6. Positivity Diary

Learn to find the positive in the simple and familiar things.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

7. Relaxation techniques

Make exercises, breathing practices, or auto-training.

There are many ways to deal with emotional burnout and the most effective one is your own, which is most suitable for the situation you have faced.

Take care of yourself!
